In this news update, we take a look back at what we have been doing over the last 12 months. It’s time to join our campaign – help us, support us, and lets build the movement!
United In Britain (No! Cymru) – We Were Built in Wales – But We Were Made In The United Kingdom – lets be positive about our future – it’s time to join United In Britain – the Campaign to Keep The United Kingdom United. Lets not listen to the crazy dystopian wasteland economics of the Separatists – who would make us all Poorer, Weaker & Less Safe in an increasingly unstable World.
We don’t want barbed wire & border posts separating us! We shine a light on the ‘smoke & mirrors’ of the Separatists. We have now discovered that ‘external elements’ have been actively involved in trying to cause division & disunity, they clearly don’t have our best interests at heart!
Sat 17th & Sun 18th May 2025 – Royal Welsh Spring Festival
This was the first time that we attended the spring show in the stunning grounds of Llanelwedd, Builth Wells, LD2 3SY United Kingdom
We Shared A Marquee with friends, had a fabulous 2 days, we spoke to lots of passers by, and handed out leaflets & contact cards and visited lots of stalls, again handing out our material.

Monday 23rd June 2025 – Palace Of Westminster – Democratic Tour
Due to requests from UIB Members we arranged another visit to Parliament, so that people who had not been previously could attend. Members from across GB & NI are contacted to ask if they want to go, and then pay for the hotel’ which is just 10 mins from Parliament. We obtain preferential rates for members which saves them around £30 per room. Another fantastic time had by all, enjoying being together, relaxing and learning from each other.

The pinnacle event in the #British agricultural calendar. We Shared A Marquee with friends, had a fabulous 4 days, we achieved a lot, if nothing else a lot more people have been made aware of us. We were thanked by large numbers of visitors for standing up for the ‘silent majority’

The Chepstow Show, Chepstow Racecourse United Kingdom
This was another great day, we even had a visit by the Mayor of Chepstow, who wanted to find out more information, he took a leaflet, and we then had a visit from one of the local Councillor’s too – they were very pleased to have a chat, we enjoyed the banter too.

The Vale of Glamorgan Agricultural Showground, Penllyn, Vale of Glamorgan, United Kingdom
We had a Marquee at this great show, and plenty of very friendly conversations – well worth the visit. Most people were shocked that there are people trying to cause yet more division, and agreed that we are much Stronger Together, across the United Kingdom.

The Show is held at Llancaiach Fawr Manor, an absolute jewel for Wales, a National Treasure which should be secured for us all. It is a treasure for the whole United Kingdom, and should be protected, given special Historical status & secured by statute.

Monday 07th Sept 2025 – Palace Of Westminster – Democratic Tour
We were really pleased to send 24 members on this historic tour of the British Parliament, with members setting off from across Wales to meet friends and colleagues from across the rest of the United Kingdom. Members had a really great time as well the night before the visit, with some not getting to sleep till 2am, and having an early start the next day – sore heads among some❤️

Every year since 1844, Usk Farmers’ Club have held the Usk Show to celebrate the very best of Monmouthshire farming and rural life.
Now one of the biggest One-Day Agricultural Shows in the whole of the UK, its popularity is second-to-none. What more can we add to this, a great day had by all.

Monday 01st December 2025 – Parliamentary Visit & Meeting with CEO Andrew Grocock – TUKF
Visit to The Palace Of Westminster – following previous visits we took another twelve members from across the United Kingdom. We were also thrilled to meet Andrew Grocock – CEO Together UK Foundation & Chief Of Staff to Baroness Foster. The Parliamentary Democratic two-hour historical Tour of House Of Lords, Central Lobby & House Of Commons is a guided tour with headsets, and the opportunity to ask questions. We also saw the four ‘British saints’ in Central Lobby and Symbols of our our fantastic heritage.
Members had a fantastic time, and we will aim to take new members on this tour in 2026.
We need to reject the constant sniping and division that comes from the ‘Separatists’ who agitate, against our Country. We oppose Welsh Separation full stop, based on the SEPS Principles.

The ‘Siren Voices’ of Separatism would wreck our Economy, Infrastructure, leading to large scale Job Losses, Taxes would almost certainly have to rise, Public Services could suffer badly, Businesses would almost certainly relocate as a result of Tax rises, Trade between other parts of the UK would suffer significant disruption and ‘Hard Borders’ could limit social mobility with border checks on goods, services & people.
Wales may have to ditch sterling in exchange for an alternative currency (such as the euro), leading to increased borrowing costs. Independence threatens our common security across our Country, and would inevitably leave Wales dangerously exposed in an increasingly unstable World. Foreign ‘powers’ may attempt to exploit a dangerously weakened Country, threatening all parts of the United Kingdom.
It is worth remembering that our Nations have always pooled resources together as One United Kingdom. They want to have us all squabbling just so that they can cause division amongst our people, and make our Country less safe and divided – it suits their narrative!
